Who we're for
Not another one-size-fits-all ADHD app.
- Told to “just make a list.”
- Missed for years — diagnosed late, if at all.
- Exhausted from masking all day, every day.
- Crashing every luteal week and never knowing why.
Selune is a coach that learns your patterns, not a generic checklist — free to try for 14 days.
- End-to-end private
- No ads, ever

The gap
Cycle apps don't talk about your brain.
ADHD apps don't talk about your body.
Selune does both.
Built for the late-diagnosed mind that's been trying to figure itself out for thirty years.
What Selune actually does.
Coach that gets it
A real conversation. Not a productivity drill.
A warm AI coach trained on ADHD-women research — she already knows your score, your cycle phase, and your last 30 days before you say a word. Won't recommend Pomodoro timers or tell you to “just make a list.” Ask her anything, any time — she remembers the conversation tomorrow, not just today.
One number, not twenty
A daily score out of 100. Framed against your cycle.
A 30-second check-in (focus, overwhelm, mood, energy, RSD) becomes one number. A 58 in luteal week is held as “strong for that week” — not a failure. This is what your coach reads before she says anything.
Cycle is the lens
Your phase shapes your focus more than your to-do list does.
Selune tracks how your score and symptoms shift through menstrual, follicular, ovulatory and luteal weeks — and tells you what to expect, day by day. Same task, different week, different brain.
Anti-shame by design
Built for honesty, not streaks.
No streak guilt. No productivity scorecards. No “you've broken your streak” notifications. The patterns matter — your shame doesn't help anyone see them.
Early reviews
From early testers.
“Finally an app that gets why I crash every luteal week. Selune saw the pattern faster than my GP.”
“The coach actually listens. It's the first time I've used an AI that doesn't immediately suggest a Pomodoro timer.”
“I've tried Flo, Stardust, a hundred ADHD planners. This is the first one I've kept open past week three.”
“Worth it just for the “you're not lazy” moment in onboarding. Felt seen for the first time in a year.”

Why I built this
Why I built Selune
I was 34 when my ADHD diagnosis finally landed. I'd spent twenty years thinking I was lazy, scattered, too much. I wasn't. I was an undiagnosed woman with an ADHD brain that responds to hormones in ways nobody had bothered to explain.
Every app I tried was either built for boys with chess clocks or built for women who just wanted to track their period. Nothing connected the two. Nothing told me why my focus crashed for ten days every month, then came back like a switch flipped.
Selune is the app I needed at twenty-five. It's a daily check-in that actually sees the rhythm. A coach that knows late diagnosis from the inside. A space where “you're not lazy” isn't a poster — it's the starting assumption.

Common questions
Where can I get Selune?+
Selune is live on the App Store for iPhone.
What does it cost?+
14 days free, full access. After that, $24.99/year, billed annually. Cancel anytime in Settings before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Does Selune use AI?+
Yes — the coach runs on Claude Haiku 4.5 (Anthropic). Your conversations never train any AI model. We have a contract with Anthropic that guarantees this.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use Selune?+
No. Many users are self-suspected, on a waiting list, or recently diagnosed. Selune works for diagnosed and undiagnosed women alike.
Is Selune a medical device?+
No. Selune is a wellness and self-management tool. We don't diagnose or treat ADHD — we help you see the patterns in your own brain so you can act on them.
How is Selune different from cycle apps like Flo?+
Cycle apps track your period. Selune tracks your ADHD — focus, overwhelm, mood, sleep, energy, and RSD (rejection-sensitive dysphoria) — and uses your cycle as one of the signals that affect those symptoms.
How is Selune different from generic ADHD apps?+
Most ADHD apps were built around a male-default brain and a CBT model. Selune is designed for the way ADHD shows up in women — internalised, hormonal, often missed for decades.
What about my data?+
Encrypted. Never sold. Your coach conversations live only in your account. We don't train AI models on your data. One-tap delete in Profile any time.
